Your CV gets 5.7 seconds from a recruiter.
Most rejections happen before a human even reads your CV. ATS systems filter on parseability and keyword match; recruiter screeners scan for impact and clarity. Our scoring engine evaluates both layers and tells you exactly what to fix.
- AATS ParseabilitySection detection, contact extraction, date parsing flags formatting that breaks recruiter software.
- BKeyword & Role-Fit MatchCompares your CV against your target job description to score keyword overlap and role-fit clarity.
- CAchievement QuantificationCounts numbers, metrics, and outcomes. CVs with 5+ quantified achievements clear shortlisting 2.4x more often.
- DRed-Flag DetectionSpelling, grammar, gaps, weak verbs, vague descriptions, length issues flagged with specific fixes.
- EIteration ModeRescore in real time as you edit. Most students go from a 52 to an 84 in three iterations.
Add 2 quantified outcomes to your "Side Projects" section (e.g., "reduced API latency by 40%"). Estimated CV score gain: +9 points.
The interview that doesn't judge.
Until it's time to.
Sit in front of your webcam. Pick a mode HR, Technical, or Case. Talk to the AI like you would a real interviewer. Get a forensic breakdown afterwards: what you said, how you said it, where your eyes went, where you hesitated.
" I went from a CV that nobody read to interviews at five product companies in six weeks. The readiness score told me what to fix when coding first, then case prep, then mock HR rounds. Two months later I had a 22 LPA offer in hand "
You won't have to ask how prep is going.
Placement season is one of the most anxious times in a parent's life and you're often the last to know how things actually stand. The readiness score gives you a clear, weekly view of your child's preparation, without the awkward dinner-table interrogation.
- 📊Weekly readiness digest Score movement, hours practised, top 3 wins, top 3 gaps. Plain language.
- 🎯Realistic salary band Based on actual performance, not on dreams or doomsaying.
- 🤝Shared progress view Your child controls what's shared. Trust without surveillance.
- 💡Conversation prompts Talk about specifics ("how was the case round ? ") not vagueness.
Readiness score climbed from 63 to 75 this fortnight. CV is shortlist-ready. Coding practice up +11 hours. Now working on HR round confidence three more mocks and he's at 80. Realistic offer band: 12–18 LPA.
Everything else, answered.
It's a single number from 0–100 that summarises your overall placement preparation. It's calculated across 5 dimensions: CV strength (20%), aptitude proficiency (20%), technical/coding skill (25%), communication ability (15%), and interview confidence (20%). Each dimension is graded by your performance on that pillar. The score updates after every test, mock, or CV iteration so it's always current.
50+ recruiters across IT services (TCS NQT, Infosys, Wipro NLTH, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, HCL), consulting (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, McKinsey-style cases), product (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe), finance (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley), and Indian product (Flipkart, Zomato, Swiggy, Ola). Patterns are refreshed every placement cycle based on actual student feedback.
The bot uses a multi-modal model that processes audio (content + tone), facial cues (eye contact, expression), and body landmarks (posture, gesture frequency) simultaneously. Body language scoring is calibrated against actual interview footage from real recruiters it's not perfect, but it catches the patterns that matter: chronic eye-aversion, monotone delivery, hesitation patterns, low confidence markers. Most students find their first AI mock report uncomfortably accurate.
Second year is actually the ideal time to start. By the time placements arrive, students who started in second year have a readiness score 18–22 points higher on average than students who start in their final semester. Aptitude and coding compound with practice; CV iteration takes weeks; interview confidence takes months of mock reps. Early starters also have time to attempt internships during summers which itself adds 5–8 points to the final readiness score.
No, but the path is sharper. The platform will give you a focused 60-day plan based on your current score. The biggest gains in this window come from CV iteration (1 week), company-specific mock tests (3 weeks), and HR & technical mock interviews (4 weeks running parallel). Students starting at score ~50 typically reach ~70 in 60 days enough to clear most service-company shortlists.
The elite track is for students targeting top product companies, consulting roles, and quant/finance positions where packages start at 15 LPA. It involves advanced DSA, system design fundamentals, case-method drills, and guided hackathon participation (SIH, Imagine Cup, Flipkart Grid, IBM Call for Code). Students typically need a readiness score above 85 with strong technical sub-scores to be shortlisted for these roles.
Those are great for coding practice and our platform integrates with them. The difference: they cover one stage of placement (coding). Our Placement Engine covers the entire pipeline: CV → online assessment → coding → interview → readiness score. You also won't find a single platform that combines AI interview bot + CV scoring + company-specific aptitude + readiness score outside of expensive 1:1 coaching.
A free tier gets you a CV score, a sample readiness assessment, and access to introductory practice. Full Practice Hub access, AI mock interviews, and the live readiness dashboard are paid. Detailed pricing is available on request.
