The Solution

One Assessment. Five dimensions. Meaningful insights.

SkillSphere evaluates you across five scientifically grounded dimensions, and maps you to career pathways aligned with your strengths and interests.

🧠

Aptitude

DAT framework

Differential Aptitude Test measures cognitive skills: problem solving, reasoning, language ability, and analytical thinking.

  • Measures cognitive strengths across disciplines
  • Creates an objective baseline for stream selection
  • Shows where a student thinks most clearly
🧭

Interests

RIASEC framework

Holland's theory maps student interests across Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional domains.

  • Maps interest profile to career clusters
  • Reveals long-term motivation patterns
  • Validated framework used globally for guidance
🎭

Personality

OCEAN framework

Five-factor personality profiling across Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.

  • Shows learning style and work preference patterns
  • Identifies career environments where students thrive
  • Adds personality depth beyond aptitude-only tests
💙

Bar-On EQ-i

Socio-Emotional Intelligence

Scenario-based emotional intelligence assessment that measures self awareness, empathy, interpersonal skills, and stress management.

  • Scenario-led rather than self-reported
  • Feeds directly into socio-emotional domains
  • Highlights support needs and strengths early
⛰️

Adversity quotient

CORE framework

Tests resilience, ownership, and challenge handling through the CORE model: Control, Ownership, Reach, and Endurance.

  • Measures grit and challenge tolerance
  • Flags students at risk of disengagement
  • Useful for long-term success prediction
